Order Processing Time

GCC & Outside-UAE Order Confirmation
تأكيد الطلبات خارج الإمارات- 100% advance payment is required before an outside-UAE order is confirmed.
- Cash on delivery is not available for GCC/international orders.
- Assembly, export preparation and international packing begin after cleared payment is received.
- Quoted shipping charges must also be settled before dispatch unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Confirmation:Submitting an online order does not by itself complete confirmation for an outside-UAE order. Confirmation occurs after full payment and shipping-eligibility checks.

Customs, VAT, Duties & Import Charges
الجمارك والضرائب والرسوم- Destination import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage and clearance fees are the customer's responsibility unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
- Customers must provide accurate recipient details and any identification or customs information required by the carrier or destination authorities.
- Customs clearance times are controlled by destination authorities and the carrier and are outside our direct control.
Customs delay:A shipment held by customs may take longer than the estimated transit window. Missing documents or unpaid destination charges can delay delivery.

Order Tracking
