All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability, payment confirmation and, for orders outside the UAE, destination and shipping eligibility.

• Cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors or system glitches
• Cancel orders flagged as suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated
• For GCC orders, any currency conversion shown by a payment provider or bank is indicative and the final charged amount may vary according to the provider's exchange rate and fees
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier costs
• Once your order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase is locked in

• All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption
• 3D Secure (OTP) authentication is applied for card payments
• We do not store your full credit or debit card information
• Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization

• 100% advance payment is required for all orders shipped outside the UAE
• Cash on delivery is not available for GCC orders
• International shipping charges must be paid before dispatch unless otherwise confirmed in writing

Custom-built PCs are subject to additional terms due to the nature of the build process:

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE and offer GCC shipping to Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

• UAE shipping fees and promotions are shown at checkout where applicable
• GCC shipping is paid by the customer and is quoted based on destination, package dimensions, actual or volumetric weight and carrier service
• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be extended by customs, border processing, remote-area service, public holidays or carrier delays
• Inspect the package immediately upon delivery and report visible transit damage within 24 hours

• GCC return eligibility follows the applicable Refund & Returns Policy and product-specific conditions
• International shipping, customs, brokerage or destination charges already incurred are not automatically refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed otherwise in writing
• Do not send an item back from outside the UAE without receiving return instructions from Gaming PC Dubai first

All products sold by Gaming PC Dubai come with a manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.

• Warranty coverage varies by product and brand
• Customers must provide proof of purchase for all warranty claims
• Warranty repairs may take 14–18 business days depending on the manufacturer or service center

• Physical or accidental damage has occurred
• Liquid damage is detected
• Product has been subjected to electrical surge damage
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs have been performed
• Improper installation or misuse is identified
